Go into a little further detail because I don't quite understand it right now.

A little history.................They mostly were anbu for the sand village because of their ability to change into leaf village shinobi and walk in and spy on the villagers and the jounin and hokage...............
1 slight weakness is that the person with this bloodline loses chakra fast and that is why mostly chunins and higher use their changing abilities
When the user focuses chakra on their body it changes their biogenetic signature so their body form is changed.(Big words i know xD)

What kind of abilities are we talking about here?

Its like transformation jutsu but the user can transform into anything they can think of but HUMAN only and it costs extra chakra to keep the form stablized and use jutsus

Yea I get that I mean as far as jutsu's go do you use the users jutsu or what?

Yeah if i'm the user while i'm transformed i can only use my own jutsus
